What does the price include?
The price covers the equipment, standard installation labour, usual materials (refrigerant piping up to 3 m, cabling, brackets, basic trunking, R32 gas and insulation) and VAT. If your case needs anything beyond standard, we tell you upfront.
How is payment handled?
Payment is 50% to reserve and order the equipment, and 50% when installation is complete. Bank transfer. No surprises or hidden fees.
How fast can you install?
We usually schedule installation 3–7 days after confirming the quote, depending on stock and technical agenda. If you need urgency, say so from the first message.
Do you take away the old unit?
Yes. We dismount and remove your old equipment at no extra cost when we install the new one. Just leave it accessible.
Do I need a technical visit before the quote?
In most cases, no. With a few photos and basic info we can prepare a reliable quote. For more complex cases (long piping, ducted, building work), we propose a technical visit.
What warranty do the units carry?
Units carry the manufacturer's official warranty (typically 2–3 years depending on brand). Installation work is warranted for 12 months against assembly defects.
Do you invoice with VAT for tax deduction?
Yes. Every installation is invoiced with itemised VAT and your fiscal details. You can use the invoice for tax deduction if it applies to you.
Will you install equipment I bought myself?
Yes — we also offer installation-only for customer-supplied equipment. Request a quote with brand, model and unit locations.
