What does the price include?
The price covers the equipment, the simple installation and VAT. A simple installation carries up to 3 m of insulated copper piping, the interconnecting cable and up to 3 m of electrical line, up to 1 m of trunking, brackets for the outdoor unit, a gravity condensate drain up to 3 m, vacuum and refrigerant charge, leak testing and commissioning. It is a starting price: we confirm the final amount after a free technical assessment, depending on how complex your case is.
How is payment handled?
Payment is 50% to book the date and order the equipment, and 50% when the installation is complete. By bank transfer. The amount is the one set out in the quote.
How soon can you install?
We normally install in under a week. We agree the date with you after the deposit, from 4–5 days onward, depending on stock and the technical schedule. If you need a specific date, tell us in your first WhatsApp message.
What warranty do the units carry?
All new units come with a 3-year legal warranty, on top of the manufacturer's official warranty. Installation work carried out by us is warranted for 12 months against assembly defects.
Which areas do you cover?
Barcelona city and its whole metropolitan area. If you're elsewhere in Catalonia, ask us on WhatsApp — we often cover it too.
