1. Seller identification

2. Products and service area
We sell air-conditioning units with installation included, following an assessment and quote. Our installation area covers the provinces of Barcelona, Girona and Tarragona. Outside that area, ask for a personalised quote.
3. Prices and VAT
Displayed prices are starting prices: they include the applicable VAT and a simple installation (up to 3 m of piping and low complexity) under normal access conditions. The final amount is confirmed after a free technical assessment and varies with the complexity of the job.
4. Installation price adjustments
The final amount may be adjusted depending on the complexity of the work, distance, additional metres of piping or trunking and the required materials. Any adjustment is agreed with you before installation.
5. Reservation and payment
You first accept the quote, which sets out the amount and payment schedule. We then provide the payment link or agreed payment method. The available methods are specified for your quote.
6. Confirmation and timing
We confirm receipt of payment once it has been verified. We agree the installation date with you based on availability and access conditions; neither a request nor a payment guarantees an unconfirmed date.
7. Warranties
New equipment sold to consumers is covered by statutory liability for lack of conformity appearing within three years of delivery. The 12-month commercial warranty on installation labour under normal use is additional and does not limit statutory rights, including those arising from incorrect installation where applicable.
8. Withdrawal and returns
You have a right of withdrawal under consumer regulations, with the particularities of installation services. See timeframes and exceptions in the Returns and refunds policy.
9. Customer service and complaints
For queries, issues or complaints, write to info@revoclima.com. We will handle your request as soon as possible.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Spanish and EU law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection. If your complaint to info@revoclima.com is not resolved satisfactorily, you can contact the relevant public consumer service. Guidance: https://consum.gencat.cat/ca/consultes-i-reclamacions/reclamacio/. Arbitration requires membership of the scheme or acceptance for the specific case; access to the competent courts remains available.
